My mother was standing in the produce department with a fistful of fresh basil leaves tucked into her pocket. I thought I knew exactly what had happened. Naturally, she had a completely different explanation.
I'd love to see you there.

The movie theatre scene in ‘Delivered’ very much speaks to me. Had such great times at that theatre. And the Sunray Drug Store next door. French fries and a fountain coke. The staples of life back then. Was the park picnic at Morris Park? The park behind and below the Yentis bldg?
Wow wow wow!! This is a comment on all that I've read so far. And I read them all.
I LOVE THIS! Every thing about it. The cover, your inside pic, the graphics. The writing is amazing and the movie theatre scene in ‘Delivered’ very much speaks to me. I’ve read them all. Could be a screenplay for short stories. Or you could be on a stage with Steven Wright. Kinda reminds me of Chai Ku. I already subscribed.
Much love and success to you on this new writing journey and for helping me to think and remember.
I love this! You can experience the same events but interpret and remember them differently.
